Analysis of EF's existing 3CX phone system capabilities including: - AI-powered call transcription (Google, 3CX, OpenAI providers) - Sentiment analysis and quality monitoring - WhatsApp and SMS integration - Potential integration with Acturis for automated risk capture
Key Finding: 3CX offers sophisticated transcription features that could address the 95% of risk capture happening via phone calls, but API access and Teams vs. 3CX call routing need clarification.
