Category: Strategic Foundation Priority: Highest (Required for all other initiatives)

Comprehensive proposal to address the root cause finding from Rakesh (Finance Director) interview: "My biggest concern is consistency of data... even though we've got processes, doesn't always follow the processes."

The Solution: - Digital company playbook/intranet (SharePoint or Notion) - EF-specific Acturis usage guidelines - Step-by-step workflow documentation with videos - Role-based guides and backup procedures - "Learn by osmosis" → Structured onboarding

Investment: £2,650-4,450 Impact: Foundation that enables all technology improvements, addresses data consistency issues, improves onboarding, enables backup coverage

Key Insight: Can't automate chaos - need documented standard processes first.
